The bottom line in recovery isn't avoiding destructive behaviors; it's learning to live a content life, with positive, productive and enjoyable behaviors. What's the point of spending our whole lives avoiding what we crave, when we can learn to crave the best things in life and begin to care less about the stuff that gets us in trouble? That's what truerecovery.org is all about. Here in the Learning Center we offer information and features to coach you through learning and practicing the skills we all need to lead an enjoyable, healthy life: - Getting Started — If you're new to truerecovery.org, this is the place to start.
